Unless someone here has heard of something else. In the real world, we would use Jeppesen issued runway analysis. Means that you need to use TO-1 all the time in PMDG and when Topcat shows TO-1 you should use TO-2. A work around until PMDG allows a fixed derate in settings which I understand they won't be doing.
