As far as fixing run-flats, I had two on the M5 3.5 and one on the 5.0 fixed, both from nail puncture in the center area. They 3.5 drove for another 50K with no issues. The 5.0 is still running with no issues. You can have them patched by a pro shop.

Webb27 juli 2016 · So the F56 came with RF Pirellis, I feel that they are a vast improvement over the early generation of run flats. Not nearly as hard feeling and the do feel connected to the road. I've done some spirited driving and these have not let me down. A weakness might be the grip in the rain, not as good as my previous Bridgestone RE 760 tires.
