Tail wheel stop screw setting is to keep rear of land slide off furrow bottom and linkage adjustment is to keep landslide from excess pressure against furrow wall. Gauge wheel is to keep even depth of furrow. I don't recall ever adjusting for road setting but that would make sense for any distance traveling.
