WebVivid for me but that's only because of my current mod list. Even without weather mods I'm pushing my rig with trees and grass. I've always used NACx and NAC before that but currently it's costing me 5-10 fps. Vivid seems to use less resources. Vivid is abit abrupt in it's weather changes, I wish it was more subtle.
