These three encompass most of the significant rolls in D&D 5e. With the Lucky feat, a character gets to succeed more often at anything they turn their mind to. WebCrusher is a half feat that’s strictly worse for disengaging, but offers some useful passive effects that helps monk in a way other than making them even better at their niche. Pushing enemies away from squishy casters or into sources of damage gives some battlefield control to the flighty monk. The crit benefit is rare, but a nice cherry on top. .

RAW, it takes 5' of horizontal movement to go frome one space to another, so there is no movement left for the vertical travel.
