I wasn't about to actually write all 708 zips and town names, so I created a very simple Crystal Report to do it for me: Switch {Field1} startswith "{Zip}", "{TownName}" WebCrystal 10; Soothsayer 9 Is there a way to convert param string values to upper case? I need in retain the * option in the criterion, so this precludes the use a one modify mask character >. I can't use the UpperCase function on the characteristic in the report filters because it is set on Allow Multiple Values.
