So the BOS is against the institute and Railroad, so siding with either of those will make them enemies, but if you don't then your fine. Minutemen and BOS can prefectly be fine, same with minutemen and institute, or minutemen and railroad.

Basically played similar to a SEAL with mid range stealth as a primary option, but not afraid of getting into a run& gun situation.
