WebI can tell you, that it is possible to beat chimps with only tack shooters and a 3-0-0 sub. And that was before the top path buff but after the tack zone nerf. Mostly just get 2-5-0, then get the other T5s, then spam 3-0-2s to beat the DDTs. But basically any tower can beat Chimps with the help of a 3-0-0 sub or 0-2-0 village.
