WebQuick question regarding taxes and OT vs regular shifts. I am an RN and pick up shifts every pay period - normally 75 hours biweekly is regular time and anything over that is OT. I've noticed that despite informing staffing/scheduler that I am regular time (under 75 hours/7 shifts) I get scheduled for OT.
